After-sales service

First of all, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), your equipment is covered by a one-year warranty under normal use from the moment it is commissioned. In the event of a breakdown, we take over immediately and undertake to do our utmost to return the equipment to you within 7 working days of its arrival at our premises.


Our internal statistics are clear: 82% of the equipment in service since 2010 has not been returned for corrective maintenance.
The second indicator is the cost of maintenance, which averages less than 3% of the new price of an item of equipment.
These are strong figures, which are the result of the involvement of our design and production units, and which demonstrate the level of reliability of our equipment, even though it is put to a severe test in the course of missions undertaken. They also bear witness to the quality of the industrial manufacturing process we have put in place. It should be noted that all technical procedures relating to corrective maintenance are carried out within the company.

EXTREM' VISION is committed to this field, and the support procedure adopted by the company fulfils its role perfectly. It focuses mainly on preventive maintenance through :

- Daily user maintenance and proper storage

- A six-monthly "user" inspection, including replacement of the main seals

- An annual "manufacturer" visit (maintenance package) on our premises

The annual maintenance visit allows us to "troubleshoot", prevent most breakdowns and avoid problems in advance.
